General Terms The « General Terms and Conditions – Privacy Policy and Responsibility» of the Clic-Clac.com service are entirely valid for the Designer 2. Copyright You confirm that you fully posess the copyright and reproduction rights of the designs you submit on Clic-Clac.com. You are aware of copyright laws and accept that any damages claimed to Clic-Clac.com, resulting from your designs, may be passed on to you.   3. Right to deny a Design Clic-Clac.com reserves the right to deny the publication of a design, from its site, if such design is deemed intrinsically impossible, illegal or contrary to morals as stipulated in article 20, paragraph 1 of the Code of Obligations (Swiss Private Law). 4. Exclusivity You hereby agree to exclusively offer your designs for print on items produced and sold by the website Clic-Clac.com. These designs cannot be offered for print on competing items or items of of the same nature as those sold by Clic-Clac.com SA. 5. Right of Use Clic-Clac.com customers purchase the right of use of your design by paying the amout as defined by you, the designer. The customer can subsequently re-use the design bought as many times as he/she desires but only on the tin size chosen initially. 6. Remmuneration clause All prices published on Clic-Clac.com are all inclusive (VAT incl.). Therefore, Clic-Clac.com will deduct 25% of the amount invoiced to the end-customer to cover VAT (19.6%) and transactional fees applied to Clic-Clac.com by 3rd party online payment systems (Paypal & CIC). The designer will effectively receive 75% of the design fee. 7. Payment to the Designer The designer will be paid for his/her designs in relation to the revenue his/her designs generate on the site Clic-Clac.com. Frequency of such payments will be established between Clic-Clac.com and the Designer. By using the online sale of Designs service offered by Clic-Clac.com, you accept the above Terms and Conditions.
